Ken started the business in November, 1981 and has successfully turned this once small, single man plumbing business into a thriving business now with a team of plumbers and office administrators. At Stephens Plumbing, we service hundreds of satisfied customers every year.
Running a successful business requires experience. Ken Stephens brings a wealth of plumbing knowledge and experience with being in the plumbing industry for over 41 years. Over the years, Ken has been on the Master Plumber's Association Executive Board. Ken is a qualified Craftsman Plumber and Drainlayer and is also an IQP Backflow Consultant. Stephens Plumbing is supported by an enthusiastic professional team of qualified plumbers.
Stephens Plumbing have developed and maintained an excellent rapport with all our customers and many are still customers from when the business first started. We will always go out of our way to help and assist to ensure you the customer is 100% happy and satisfied. At Stephens Plumbing, we personally aim to satisfy our customers beyond that of the plumbing services we provide.
Stephens Plumbing provide ongoing support for the plumbing industry. We are a host employer for the Master Plumbers Apprenticeship Training Trust. As a host, Stephens Plumbing provide on-job training for new entrants to the plumbing industry. The program allows Stephens Plumbing the opportunity to give something back to the industry.

Stephens Plumbing Ltd maintains membership in the Master Plumber's Association. The Master Plumber's Association strives to keep plumbers and contractors informed on new trends in the field and new legislation that could impact our industry. Over the years, Ken has also been represented on the Master Plumber's Association Executive Board.
